We selected the property as pet friendly and location to an event we attended. I travel worldwide for work including 3rd world nations. This is the scariest lodging property I’ve ever stayed in. We paid for two nights. When a homeless man going through the garbage with his paints halfway down asked my wife for money, we packed everything, forfeited the 2nd night and drove four hours home.
It’s clear that the property is housing homeless people through the state or some program. Walking my dog before bed I watched three cars pull up to a first floor room, idled, go to the door and transact. People coming and going all night, loud people, cars, music, voices, yelling.
I’ve worked in the hotel business for more than 30 years. The owners of this property are putting guests in an unsafe and inhospitable situation.
