The customer service is wonderful at this hotel. Complimentary breakfast was decent. Rooms were very clean. Will stay again soon. My only complaint is the water pressure in the shower but I’m not sure if this is normal for California due to water conservation.

The room was clean with comfortable beds & pillows. Breakfast buffet had tons of selections from waffles & eggs, to cereal & yoghurt. Staff was excellent, even calling once we got to our room to check that all was good.

Stayed here overnight with my kiddo, our tv didnt work and the the bathroom door was falling off the hinges. The room had a musky smell as well. We just stayed overnight so it wasnt terrible. The staff was pleasant and the breakfast wasnt bad. Would i stay here again? Probsbly not if i coild help it. But if it was the only place then sure.

Air conditioner leaked water all on the carpet, the room had a very musty smell, the sink had an extremely slow drain and the toilet was clogged. We had to use the office bathroom since maintenance does start until 8:30am. Won’t be staying here again.

My stay at Best Western Roseville Inn was unfortunately disappointing. The room and common areas were not very clean, and the overall condition of the property felt outdated. The area around the hotel also didn’t feel very safe or comfortable, and it was noisy at night. Staff service could have been more welcoming and attentive. I appreciated having parking available, but overall the experience did not meet my expectations, and I would not choose this property again.

The room has an odor, and was somewhat run down in the bathroom. Very difficult to turn on the tub/shower faucet. The breakfast was very good all three days. Really liked the yogurt dispenser and other offerings that were displayed. Overall, my experience wasn't bad but the bathroom is in pretty poor shape, broken ceramic and cracked tile, bubbling paint, etc. It appeared that repairs were made to the tile, but looked very unprofessional.
