This was absolutely the worst day that I've had through booking with hotels.com I had booked a double Queen room and when we got there it was a single full size bed for somebody who is 6 months pregnant their significant other and one more person. The people in the office refused to switch us rooms and we had booked for a week solid. Also hotels.com refused to help or compass anything so we are just out $506. Save your money don't go here.

This was a nightmare of an experience and this place should be condemned. I will never come back to this place again. I also fear for the saftey of anyone else who makes the mistake of staying there. Honesty, I really want my money back. But I dont that to happen considering they tried to keep my deposit after I complained.

Checked into my room and I had to clean before bringing my things in. Found a dead bug on the floor. Police knocking on my door looking for people. Very uncomfortable. Staff were friendly check in was easy. This reminded me of a motel 6 just more expensive.

Comfort Inn quality.

Very pleasant. This hotel was formerly the Comfort Inn Rancho Cordova and, still the standards of a Comfort Inn which is above par. Nice big clean pool and new spacious rooms make this a very pleasant stay.

Nice Staff - No Towels :(

The rooms were generally clean, the beds were comfortable but the bedding was dirty. There was no garbage can, only one half empty roll of toilet paper, and they had no towels or washcloths for us to use. BUT ! The staff was really nice and let me check in at like 11 am for just a $25 fee. It was a really relaxed environment and they served a buffet breakfast in the morning.

Do not be fooled by the photos. This hotel was a complete disaster. The lobby looked nothing like the pictures: run-down, poorly maintained, and even had a roof leak dripping into a plant placed in the middle of the walkway. The man at the front desk struggled to communicate with us, and after lugging all our bags to the 3rd floor, our key card didn’t work. We had to haul everything back down for a replacement before finally getting in. The room itself was unacceptable. My girlfriend stepped right into a puddle of water from a leaking toilet. The outlets near the sink didn’t work, and the TV randomly turned on, blasting at full volume and flipping channels uncontrollably until we unplugged it. When I asked for a new room, we were told there were none available and to “come back in the morning.” We tried to make the best of it, hoping breakfast would redeem the stay, but instead found a dirty, unstocked dining area. A staff member walked in with a bowl of eggs and microwaved them right in front of us instantly killing any appetite. They finally gave us a different room the next day, but it had paper-thin floors where every step was felt, no microwave, and our key cards continued to deactivate, forcing us back to the desk 6–8 times. This was easily one of the worst hotel stays we’ve ever had. False advertising, terrible maintenance, and awful service. Stay far away.
