Staff were excellent and accomodation in room spotless, it is a bit noisy and no lift so be prepared for the stairs all in all great location great staff and spotless rooms, great big balcony with sun loungers so if you can’t be bothered going to the pool you don’t have to ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The hotel was okay overall, but overpriced . The rooms are not soundproof, and noise from outside and other guests is easily heard. Basic amenities, such as body lotion, were also missing. The staff could have been more flexible, and the pictures are misleading, as the hotel is across the road from the beach, not directly by the water. Overall, it felt more like a 4-star experience than a 5-star one. We stayed only one night, but these were our main observations.

Hotel caters mainly to German groups. They had to move us to a sister property which had one room available on top of the entrance where all smokers congregate. Staff and cleanliness were great. Food is plenty but bland and sometimes unappealing. Shout out to Daniel in restaurant for making us feel welcome. Generally the location and value were very good. May look for something with local feel next time.

We loved this hotel. It has a lovely atmosphere, friendly and efficient staff, a central but peaceful location and a beautiful view over Palma from the rooftop top pool.

Great hotel and staff were even better
