The hotel is awful. It is less than ONE star. The pictures on the site and Expedia are false. There was mold and water stains on the ceiling and bathtub in our room and parts of the hallway. The ice machine does not work. The hotel is very dirty. There was no microwave in our room and the fridge was not working well. The area is in a run down part of town and not well lit. There is only ONE front desk staff person and they are gone about every hour for an airport shuttle run. You will have to wait until the staff member returns to check-in or check-out. Breakfast is just ok, but runs out quickly. Coffee is hot. The staff members we encountered were nice and trying to be helpful even under their poor working conditions and tasks of being the only staff member available and having to leave the front desk to shuttle guest to the airport multiple times a day. Expedia, please re-evaluate this hotel being a listing on your site.

Case # 276901480 Property Management needs to be reminded that there are people who struggle with mental health disabilities, that they say are not to be disregarded, marginalized, or dismissed. That cardboard cutout of a wheelchair covers all disabilities, and she shows a total lack of professionalism. I will post this on every review board possible, and I will continue to speak out until I am fully refunded, and my family receives an apology. The apartment itself was great. Clean and exactly what we needed. No parking pass was provided which was inconvenient. Other tenants have thrown trash off their balcony and it smelled 24/7 of weed.

The bathroom sink was clogged when I got into the room. The roller was missing from the microwave plate. There was no sponge for the kitchen sink. Stains on the carpet. The pool was closed the first two days of my visit due to chemical issues. The pool looked like it needed to be scrubbed. The parking lot is small and someone damaged my side mirror. I had to call the local police so the hotel would release the camera footage. On a positive note, the location is central to everyone I was visiting and close to I-485. Lots of food options.

Nice renovated room now the out side needs a spruce.
