Enjoyed my overnight experience! Great location for those who enjoy walking the sites. Breakfast was high quality & hardy. And the link to James Joyce made the experience rather fun!!

The place was clean and well-maintained. The location is great, with the beach just 5 minutes away on foot, and many restaurants within a 10-15 minute walk.

It is a good family owned hotel. Nit luxurious though Service from reception excellent

Staff was very helpful. Very close to the rail station but also close for walking the city. Easy to take rail to Miramare from this Hotel.

Property is on a top floor of a beautiful building. It’s in a very convenient location to restaurants, train station as well as the port. The communication with the host is excellent. A bit confusing on how to access the building and how to get to the suites. My issue with understanding. You get into the building, there is a small elevator ( or a walk up the grand staircase). Then you enter the suites on the top floor. The room we stayed in was spacious. Large bedroom, living room, kitchen and bathroom. AC was excellent, king size bed comfortable, all linens and towels great. Coffee/ tea available. We were really happy to have chosen and stayed here. Oh…construction noise started in the morning, but I’m sure that’s temporary.

The location is a bit hidden but the room was very comfortable, within walking distance (15-20 min) from train station and the pier area as well as other things to see. They had a really nice breakfast as well. Would definitely stay here again if our travels return us here.

Although the property is somewhat dated, this grand hotel is perfectly located in this beautiful Italian city. The breakfast was very good and the bar was good as well.
