Overall a great base for my stay, clean week appointed rooms, new bathroom/ shower, restaurant very good, best breakwater. Only thing that maybe let's the hotel down is a lack of it's own onsite parking, although on street parking is available..

A clean and friendly hotel.

The cleanliness of the room was to a high standard with ample towels and pillows. The bathroom was very clean and modern with a large walk-in shower. We paid for breakfast which included a buffet style cooked breakfast, cereals, pastries, fruit, fruit juice, tea and coffee, which was good value for money. The staff were very friendly throughout our stay. We recommend this hotel and would stay again.

This hotel was in an excellent location for access to the town. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was tasty and plentiful. One area that could have been better was the cleanliness of the rooms, in a twin room the beds were against the wall and the walls we rather grubby, and a lot of dust covered the fan and headboards. Over all a lovely stay.

Great experience for first visit to Leamington

Friendly staff. Room very clean and tidy. Good choice for breakfast and nothing was too much trouble.plenty of parking at no charge.

Room was unbearable due to heat and being overlook

Food was very good. We selected a small double as we knew we would not be spending much time n the room. The room was like a furnace and could only just crack the window. There was a window looking into our room so we had to keep the blackout curtains drawn! Did not sleep at all due to the heat. Booked 2 nights and left after one as they did not have another room to move us to

We stayed at the hotel overnight as we were going to a concert.The hotel was fine but the shower didn’t work, although the hotel staff said it did!we didn’t get any money back, presumed we would but we didn't
