Roxas City Vacation Packages

Do not book with this hotel, as they falsely advertise what amenities they have. We booked a room here based on the fact that they advertised that they have a pool, and that its use is included with our room. However, after we checked in and went to use the pool, they told us that the pool is only for special events and would not let us use it. No where in the advertisement did it say that pool was only for special events. The pool was listed as one of the room amenities. The only reason we booked that particular hotel instead of one that was closer to our destination was because it had a pool. They also advertised that the rooms came with complimentary bottled water, but that wasn't true either. when I brought these issues up to the front desk, they blew me off like they didn't care. Don't ever stay at this hotel!

Everything is satisfactory

Nice sized room. Good pool. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast good. Wifi internet very poor.

aircondationing..clean room..good staff

The AC was broken out first night. The mirror broke in the restroom. We had to move to another suite and it got better. We had rowdy neighbors so I had to pound on their door to shut them up. The staff is super accommodating. The restaurant in sight is amazing. We ate 3 meals and never had to leave.

Building looks nice as you enter, lots of forms to sign before you get your pass card.room clean but massive feature wall with shelving from floor to ceiling waste of space.beds very comfortable..TV not working two reception couldn't fix problem. WIFI EXCELLENT..kitchen has a kettle that is it not even a fridge. Good air-conditioning .the shower room is terrible for mould around floor space and walls, shower is good..would not return
