Everything was amazing. Room was clean and very quiet

When I arrived, the woman that was working at the desk was very unfriendly. Ask me for a card for my pet. When I was told that I would not be charged for a service dog. I had an ESA letter with me but she didn't even ask. Once we got to the room, I went into the bathroom was a hard time closing the door when it was a handicapped room And I got the door shut and then it would not open. So I was locked in the bathroom with no phone. thank god i did have someone in the room with me or I would have been trapped. The woman at the front desk came up and she finally did get it open. But we had to leave it open. All night to use the bathroom or take a shower. Because we couldn't close it. I was extremely upset after traveling 10 hours. Needless to say, we didn't arrive until almost 7pm at night left at 4am in the morning Because we just wanted to get out of there.

Nice staff but cockroaches and smells like dog really bad. Holes in walls and cracked bathtub.

We have always been pleased with our stays at Home 2 Suites. Enjoy the roomy suites.

I was amazed at the staff and their willingness to go above and beyond to help with anything we needed. Everything was perfect!
