It’s definitely not a 4 star and it’s over priced. Very noisy room facing the street , affected sleep every night. The reception is manned for barely a few hours a day so hard to synchronise time with the staff and see the people there for any assistance , cos was leaving by 8.30 in the morning and no one was there and if come back after 6.30 or so then again no one is around . Pointless breakfast of coffee and breads . All in all super over priced and not worth it.

Villa Flöckner is super convenient to the Hauptbahnhof, no more than a 5-6 walk. Room was VERY quiet and A/C worked great. A bus stop (my ticket was free) is just across the street and provides ready access to the Alt Stadt in 15 minutes. That said, the old town is not close, requiring a bus ride or a ~30+ minute walk. Still, if you go along the river, it is a pretty walk. Breakfast was good but not as varied as other places I visited on this trip. A word of caution - if you are mobility impaired, this is not the place to stay. Although there is an elevator, it opens between floors, meaning you must walk up or down stairs, even to get to the main office to check in or check out.
