Everything was perfect! It was in the perfect area, the parking was reasonable, the staff made me feel special for my birthday, and room was perfect! Only thing was the heat didn’t seem to warm the room much and the hot water didn’t get that hot, maybe it was just the room I was in. However, if you’re looking for a solo trip, or intimate couple’s trip this hotel is for you! Will be back

I have stayed here before and it was good. This time, we had an issue with the blinds/curtains. They are on a motor and we, and the maintenance staff, could not get the blinds down. Our room faced the parking garage so the lights were brightly shining through the window. That made for a sleepless night. The maintenance guy reset the power and still couldnt get it to work. This was around 1 am and we just wanted to sleep. The Sheraton could do better.

Good location, walkable to NoMa Metro station and Union Market. Very quiet, clean and comfortable bed! Possibly older dormitory but modernized for hotel. Be sure to get a gate key for access to/from Union Market area. Very secure and safe area. Staff was helpful and check in/out was a breeze.

Enjoyed the wonderful ambience of the lobby and my room. I will definitely be back and recommend to friends.
