A Noisy Neighbor in Sutherland

Everything was fine but the walls were thin and we had a very noisy neighbor who left the tv on all night. The staff was great but couldn’t do anything about the facility’s short comings.

Unfortunately the room had sunflower seed shells all on the one side of the bed by the window and was so noisy being by the back entrance of the we assumed when they said they locked the doors at 10:00 p.m. they would do so people were in and out all night finally got up at 1:30 and checked out 2:00 couldn't sleep for adults other than that the room was nice

Very basic

This is a HOTEL style of accommodation, with interior doors to the room. The elevator takes forever to close (2 minutes), there are no tissues provided in the room (have to use the towels or the rough toilet paper), and one has to request shampoo from the front desk. One can clearly hear voices from the next room over as well as their snoring. Doors close with a resounding slam. The nice, new floor planks are not all correctly butted together. There are no refrigerators or microwaves in the rooms. Otherwise, the condition of the hotel and the rooms are nearly new. No breakfast is available, except for coffee.

The property definitely needs some attention. Unkept outside grounds (weeds and tall grass). The inside was definitely worn and old to include stains on sink and tub. Stains on bedding and bed frame. There was an old, musty smell. The tv picture was blurry maybe due to old appliance or poor connectivity. Overall. I would not recommend this property compared to other Motel 6 properties.

My room itself was super clean and nice but the hallways (especially the carpet) and elevator were pretty nasty. I was surprised there were no fridges, coffee makers and microwaves in the rooms but there was a microwave in the lobby and free coffee was provided in the morning. My dog loved the place - big property to walk around and great staff. I would def stay there again.

Not happy at all been using this hotel for many many years but will not return, first they put us in a room were the bed was used not made up and the toilet was dirty, maintenance is lacking big time, it look nice from the outside rooms are so so, but hallways walls and carpets are not maintained.

Worst ever

There were employee side issues with check-in that were never corrected. This property stole items from my room and refused to return them. The manager was absent & disinterested. The room had blood on the light switches. This was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had.
