Central location for our adventures, excellent staff and service. The gentleman who checked us in was wonderful. The added bonus is a 24 hour open Denny’s.

Great location friendly staff

It was our first trip to Big White & splurged. The house is great, the property manager was very responsive and accommodating to any concerns. The property is ski in/out through the back but for me it took a run or two to figure out how to get back to the house (either through Sundance or Millie's mile). You can ski down from the house out the back directly to Black Forest lift and Gondola lift. Getting around BW is a bit challenging after ski as the parking is limited around the resort (can park down by the gondola to take up to the restaurants > but Gondola may close at 9) and so perhaps this house would be best for planning most meals in the house. The house is well stocked with kitchen needs. Very memorable time there and enjoyed our stay greatly.

Place was close to the village , the bedrooms with bunks were quite small but great for kids ! Kitchen was really well stocked!

We stayed here for 2 days. Though the housekeeping staff replenished the towels, the bed was not made at all when we came back. Also safety wise, it was ok. We had a drunk guest banging at our door 4 am in the morning, which we felt was not cool.

We booked two queen bed with loft style. Very old fashioned furniture and curtains were crappy and on top of that the sink was all clogged when we tried to brush out teeth coming back from long day out We had to change our rm packing all our belongings past 11 pm. It was very annoying experience. They hasn’t checked their sink drain reflects poor maintaince. No apologies from the manager causing such inconvenience to coustomers. They seriously need to update bathroom and showers.

I wouldn’t even give this hotel one star. After driving for 10 hours, we checked in around 10:30 p.m. and immediately noticed what appeared to be a blood stain on the mattress pad. It was obvious the mattress pad hadn’t been properly cleaned or replaced. My husband went to the front desk, and even the receptionist was disgusted when she saw the photo. Instead of changing the bedding themselves, they sent clean sheets to our room and expected us to remake the bed after a long day of traveling. They didn’t even take the soiled bedding with them. The next morning, we spoke with the manager, who apologized and assured us we would receive a discount for our stay. However, when we checked out, there was no discount. A different manager then told us they don’t provide discounts on the current stay—only on a future stay. About three hours after we checked out, I did receive a phone call informing me they had decided to offer us a 20% discount. While I appreciate that they eventually tried to make things right, it was too late. After the cleanliness issues, having to make our own bed, and the poor communication between staff, the experience had already left a lasting impression. Needless to say, we will never stay at this hotel again. A future discount—or even the 20% discount offered after we had already left—doesn’t change the fact that this was one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve had.

The A/C unit was loud and didn’t work great in our room. We were overlooking the pool which I thought was the renovated side but the bathroom was run down looking with cracked tiles in the shower. The fridge/microwave area was small and crammed next to the bathroom which was also small. Minimal parking. Pool area was decent and location was convenient. Would not stay again though.
