We booked the hotel about 10 minutes before we checked in to get a few hours of sleep on a road trip. The check in process was easy and the front desk was very friendly (even at midnight!) and gave us water and cookies. The rooms were clean and they accommodated my husband and his service animal. Would stay here again!

Had a great room, quite large and very comfortable. Bed and pillows were wonderful. Liked the fact that as a "stay over", houses keeping was not at my door everyday. Front desk staff was kind and courteous and made my stay very nice.

The entire hotel wreaked like weed. The lobby. The elevators. The halls. The room. Everywhere absolutely stunk. I waited with several guests at the front desk calling for over an hour trying to get any staff members help with breakfast and eventually gave up. I was charged for an included breakfast, but when I went to the buffet, I was told that it wasn’t. Why was I charged for breakfast when it wasn’t provided? I even called room service for help and still, no one answered. I chose this hotel based upon the name’s reputation of quality, but the cheap travel motel would have been far superior.

The pool wasn’t “open yet for the season” even though it’s June. If a pool is closed for the season you probably would see stagnant water and algae growth in a brown/green pool. Looks like it’s out of commission and they’re not bothering to tell anyone. If I’d know I would’ve booked at another of the dozen hotels in the immediate area. Next is the air conditioner in the room - it didn’t work. We ended up going to Target and buying a fan. The king size bed was nice and roomy, unfortunately it was similar to a pad of concrete. Extremely uncomfortable - my husband and I switched to the pullout sofa bed, which was also uncomfortable with springs in your back. Lesser of two evils I guess. Cleanliness was an issue as well as faulty electrical, especially in the bathroom. The bathtub did not drain which left you in standing water while showering. An unfortunate stay that we’re sorry to have booked. Will not stay in a Double Tree again and do NOT recommend.
