Bed was awful, very noisy and I wouldn’t calm it a queen size bed, princess maybe. The first room they gave us had branches scraping across the window like nails on a chalkboard. When asked for a different room he told me it would be $30 more because he only had a suite, then put us in an identical room to the one we left only on the second floor. When I went back to tell him it’s an identical room and not to charge me $30 he put us in a suite instead and charged the extra money even though there was no reason too. Bathroom had makeup all over the counter so it’s not getting cleaned very well. “Queen size “ bed comes equipped with 3 tiny throw pillows for 2 people to use. Whole building looks worn and dated on the inside. Shuttle to the casino was reliable though. All in all a bad night stay. Was not worth half of what I was charged

Feel in love with this place! We were on route back from big e needed somewhere to stay with our baby as well and got a great price on the suite! It’s spacious inviting well maintained and had a super comfy bed! Shower was fantastic good pressure spacious and plenty of hot water! Would definitely make this a staple of our big e adventure! Honestly breakfast not being an amenity also caught me off guard but not to worry literally across the street is a fantastic breakfast joint! And if you have children too it’s only 6 min to kids city and 10 minutes to wadsworth state park!

Really just an average hotel for the night. We needed someplace not too far from the airport but not expensive. It fit the bill. Breakfast could have been better. They ran out of cinnamon rolls, had no yogurt, and no half & half for the coffee. (Other Holiday Inn Expresses usually have these items.) Not sure I'd stay there again but it was decent for one night

Please educate the hotel staff. It's not okay try to get in the elevator while a guest is rolling suitcase out. People always should let others off the elevator/ subway before trying to get in. The housekeeping tried again & again to get in:( So this is my rating!
