I think location wise, it'd be tough to beat this if you're staying in Rockland. You're in the thick of all the businesses, and right by public access to the water.

Very clean and family friendly Whatever we needed we just ask at front desk and we got what we needed except for coffee packets on ly decaf for the whole stay but it wasn’t a problem because the cafe downstairs was open till 2 pm

Very welcoming, nice friendly staff. Coffee bar was great. We were walking distance to walk the main street shops and to several places to get great meals. The room was clean, comfortable and had a great veiw of the bay.
