A little off the highway, but the best in town

The lobby, the halls, the elevator, the room and especially the bathroom were a very clean and well kept. Although the approach to the front door was on the back side of the building, and the area see the little sketchy, once you get inside it was a perfect place to stay the night. The breakfast in the morning was properly done and tasted good.

I checked in very late from a long drive. The front desk staff were very friendly. The hotel was convenient to shopping etc. However, the hotel is older and shows it. Room was extremely small, although overall appeared fairly clean, other than the carpets, which were stained. The worst part was the pillows.. they were old and smelled like sweat. I had to throw them off the bed and use my sweater as a pillow. Would I stay again? No especially at what I paid.

The overall stay was great. The bed was comfy the balcony would have been a nice touch if it wasn’t so cold outside. The shower water pressure was amazing. They also offered breakfast that was pretty good also. I will be back off sure.
