Great view, nice staff. Rooms are dated and could use new carpet and wall paper in bathroom, but overall good. Clean and had everything we needed. Balcony rail was wobbly, safety issue? I was going to report it to office and forgot. No elevator.

Carpet was disgusting. Bathroom ceiling had mold on it. Windows were very dirty. Furniture was old and dirty. Definitely needs a facelift and some TLC. Great View

Dated but clean. Nice 2 bedroom 2 bath arrangement. Our unit needed carpet replaced. small but adequate kitchen. Perfect ocean view. they appear to be updating units over time. Not the Hilton but worked for us for 2 days. Nice hot tub. Make sure you get a patio or deck to go outside. Not all units have that. .

We had such a great stay at the Rockaway Beach Resort! The room was clean and comfortable, and having easy beach access made our trip so relaxing. The location was perfect for exploring — we went to Seaside for the arcade and aquarium, took the scenic train ride from Rockaway to Garibaldi, visited Tillamook Creamery, and even made it out to Cape Meares Lighthouse. Coming back to a cozy, quiet place each evening made the trip that much better. Highly recommend for families looking for a balance of adventure and relaxation.

Great location on the beach with easy beach access and a kitchen. Very roomy for two of us. Friendly staff. It’s a nice place away from crowds. However, our only issue is that the building is quite noisy, especially with guests in rooms above you.

Tidy enough, but super dated. My room needed a re-model desperately. Worn carpet. Old, mis-matched furniture. Sad bed. And, while I'm not sure what technically defines a resort, this place definitely isn't one!

A huge unit with a kitchenette, my kids were so excited to have their own room and we loved being right on the beach. It’s nothing fancy, but clean and friendly staff. We didn’t even have enough time to take advantage of the DVD library and board games in the office.
