Rooms clean. Lobby a little messy. Cold cereal for breakfast. Needs more attention to details throughout.

I liked that hotel was very clean(most important) and updated and maintained. The pool is a nice size. It was a cloudy day and I Felt like some decoration on the walls would brighten things up. Pool ladders were loose and wobbly. This 62 year old is also getting wobbly and didn't feel 100% safe. Used the steps after that. I hate when people complain about the complimentary breakfast, but I wasn't impressed with quality of some items. Besides those few minor negatives there was no noise from inside the hotel, but I got a room on the very end facing a bust street. This is because I was a solo traveller. This happens at most hotels I stay in. Room was also closest to the stairs. However, it was quite close to pool and front desk, so it's all good.

The property was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great.

We loved the variety of amenities

Upon reading the reviews before booking, we were expecting a wonderful stay. However that ended right after checking in. The clerk was wonderful I must say first. After a long ride I was looking forward to a cup of decaf coffee, but alas, they don't have decaf!!! and even if they did, the only creamer was hazelnut (yuk). AND it was only available in the lobby - no coffee in the room! Strike one on my score card. The bed was terrible - it sunk to the middle! so both of us were rolling into each other all night. Doesn't make for a great nights sleep. Went to take a shower after my husband and he advised me not to take one because he had slipped and almost fell and the tub was very slippery and not grab bar was available. Strike two! Went down for breakfast and well here comes strike 3! Carbs, carbs and more carbs! Not one protein to be found and of course still no decaf coffee. This is horrible for any diabetic. So left without breakfast. So needless to stay this was not a place I would recommend unless it was the only place available.

The room was clean and the bed comfortable. We especially appreciated the staff who were welcoming and considerate of our needs. Think this is the first hotel I’ve stayed in where the front desk was proactive and called to see if we needed anything. The only downside was parking is paid airport parking.
