Don't go to this hotel!

I made a reservation for 2 room got there and was told I was upgraded bc room wasn't available I got down graded to a small bed when I reserved 2 king bed rooms, The heater in my room (139) when turned up smoked to the point of setting of fire alarms off, I brought it to the front desk station and was told to deal with it or leave. Both rooms where infested with bugs, no soap or shampoo in either room. I tried to get a refund bc the room where nasty and has bugs and I was told it's my own issue, we both slept in the truck bc the rooms where not in an condition to be slept in at all. There was people deal drugs by the back door and the front counter said to mind my business. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The sheets were ma dirty , Dog hair all over my bed and inside the air conditioner. I went over to the front desk they talking about dog friendly, umm okeyy why is there ma dog hair on "clean sheets" front desk couldn't even give me new sheets cuz they were all out seems to me like they didn't even attempt to change the sheets from the last person who stayed in the room. Also found a phone in my room inside the microwave which is very concerning. Next day they told me some employee allow people to be in my room before my reservation and that was the reason why my room was dirty, took the sheets to “clean them” no Sheets for brought back to the room ….. Hallways smell terrible and I've seen about 3 roaches. 120 sum dollars to sleep on some nasty as sheets don't waste ur money.... And don't even try to send me no apology this business need different management, workers and better cleaners.

Employees at front seat were nice . The whole building reeked of pet smells, poor cleanliness , unprofessional hotel management. Rooms were nasty including bedding. Rooms were infested with roaches. The building and rooms were poorly maintenanced. We will never go back there . We would have changed motels but money was non refundable.

Without my knowledge or permission, I was placed in a handicap room,even though I drove There and walked in. At 3am the next morning, if I did not have the locks on, the desk clerk would have been in my room, knocking and yelling to the top of his lungs, asking who was I and what was I doing in this room! I was in a very deep sleep!! He said that the room was confirmed for other people! He was one lock away from being in the room! The office lady claimed she had to put me in a fake room number in order to check me in. She withheld truth! Terrible experience! I had to call the desk to find out the problem. He said he saw where I was put in a wrong room, but the damage was done! I could feel the springs in the mattress against my body in the bed! Everything was set up for someone in a wheelchair. There was no chair in the room. The one requested was saturated with the smell of urine that filled the room! Had I sat in that chair, I would have been thought to be nasty and smelly I was too tired from travel to complain and get bad treatment for that. So I sprayed the chair to kill the odor and put it to the side! Same lady brought the chair and checked me in!!!! The bathroom was filthy! The handicap seat in the shower had been burned with most of it charred and missing. The smell of marijuana was problematic and I had to either turn of the ac or improvise in order to breathe! It made me smell like I was a smoker! I never smoked in my life! I had to go I am due a refund.
