I’d rather not stay there again.

Poor material condition. Stained towels. Cockroaches. Ripped main curtains. Lampshade wasn’t fastened to the lamp, it was resting on the bulb. 3/4” gap under the door leading to the outside.

The moment I walked into the room, I saw several roaches dart behind the TV console. The walls are grimey, there are stains on the sheets, lampshades had graffiti on it. The management here clearly has no care for providing even a remotely clean environment.

We got to the hotel and checked in. When we got to our rooms we could instantly feel the dirt in the floors. They were sticky and didn’t smell very good. The paint on the ceiling was falling off. Every piece of bedding had stains on them. The towels had stains on them. The air conditioning unit barely worked. The only reason we stayed is because there was really no other option. The staff kept trying to barge in after only doing one little tap on the door. I would at least like to be refunded half of my money, due to the fact it wasn’t worth almost 400 dollars. There is no washing machines or dryers at the facility so I’m confused on how they wash the bedding.

I've never been to a place where is so terrible and disgusting, bed smell really bad, uncomfortable bed, bedbugs, said non-smoking room but you still could smell the cigarette, my kids and I couldn't sleep, i wouldn't recommend anyone to sleep there. First and last time.

Terrible.

My room was infested with roaches, the sheets, towels and wash clothes were dirty.the bedding had holes . They say they offer continental breakfast, that’s a lie only toast , old cereal and waffles. I would not recommend this place .

First off the photos online are NOT of the building or breakfast room or rooms. The woman at the desk was less than welcoming. This place is a disaster as the photos show. I dont recommend this place at all. Shameful to deceive the public.
