Horrible

The toilet didnt flush and the back / top of the toilet was partially off as if someone was trying to fix it. Garbage was left on floor underneath sink. I found bugs in my bed and after all that i left my eye glasses there and when i called i was told no glasses were found. Those frames alone cost me $300 so im sure housekeeping kept them. Will never return there again!

Not great

Hotel was not well maintained, it shows it's age. Our room had a rotten orange beside the sofa. Not sure how many days it's been sitting there. Had a bunch of fruit flys in the room as a result. Room was also very very dry.

Friendly staff and good location.

Staff was extremely helpful, friendly and professional. Room was very clean. The building was a little worn and could use some TLC (ceiling in bathroom needed a patch), but we would stay there again.

The stay was overall satisfactory, but the room had clearly not been cleaned before we stayed in it - there were pubic hairs in the bathtub as well as a partially used bar of soap. Despite having a three night reservation, our room keys stopped working after the first night and had to be reprogrammed the next morning to be useable. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the continental breakfast was very good.

I book 3 rooms for me snd my family and all of them were dirty the bed has brown stain and look disgust the sofa bed had a lot of trash that you can see when you open it

Not great, even for the price.

Room smelled heavily of smoke. Hard to imagine they cleaned the bathroom given the previous occupant's bathing suit over the bathtub curtain rod. Obvious fingerprints on the door of the fridge. And pretty much every piece of furniture in the building was scratched or stained.
