Lobby smelled horrible. The parking lot was dimly lit. The man behind the counter wanted a cash deposit, and refused putting a deposit on my card. I did not stay, I went to a different hotel. And did not book through Expedia. The Expedia app would not let me cancel the reservation, and only 15 minutes had elapsed.
The place was dirty and looked in poor condition. I never checked in. My wife and I where uncomfortable with how it looked and to people standing in the parking lot.
It was passed the refundable time and i losed the payment but could stay there.

Tv remote didn't work and a few bugs in the bathroom I was just sleeping overnight by myself so it didn't bother me.
The room was dirty there were cigarette burn on the blankets. The towel was also dirty with some red stuff. The TV did not work.

Thy said 24hrs available for check in. When I reach the property, no one at front desk and guests sleeping in lobby area sofas. I waited 30mins and called Expedia and no support provided. Then I contacted Wyndham support and spent 1 hour. They also called and no one showed up even phone ringing continuously. I booked this hotel to take a stop with kids and end up eating time money as I had to book another hotel. I didn’t expect this type or bad service from Expedia. This group of people who owns hotels making this industry worse
Real concern about the $100 CASH deposit required to check-in (after I already paid for the room). Not good business. Deposit almost twice the cost of room, simply ridiculous.
The people working there look like crack heads. Every property around this worn down hotel has closed. They require a $100 CASH upfront deposit or they don’t let you stay there. The place should be closed down!

I picked this property solely for the price. It was located on a small stretch of road with other run-down low-cost properties and did not shine as the best one. It was an unpleasant shock to pre-pay for the room and then find there was a $100 cash fee that would be refunded at check-out after the room had been inspected. Since the front of the AC in my room fell off as I turned it on, it didn't bode well for me that I'd get my money back!
The hallway was noisy in the middle of the night with guests chatting and socializing. One of the guests had a loud conversation right outside my door, which woke me up. The room, indeed the entire property, had not seen any refurbishment in a very long time. There was a man just hanging out on the front stoop watching me as I parked and unloaded my car which made me feel uncomfortable.
I did get my money back at check-out; no one investigated the room before I left. I don't know what that was about at all. I would not choose this property again.
I had a coupon for the room, the staff would not honor-stated I had to reserve through Expedia. The room counters were dirty, sink stopper broken, and shower was dirty. The staff did not seem to care. They just wanted their money for the room.
