Do not be put off by the strange entrance: The reception is reached by a lift from street level. The hotel has charm and all the staff are incredibly helpful. The hotel even arranged a wine tasting for our party of 7. Liliana and her team had dressed the room and matched each of the wines with a tasty snack. The location is also great as you can stroll to the cathedral and the monastery museum.

Amazing hotel, very attentive staff.

LO BUENO Personal excelente, muy amables todos. Desayuno aceptable. Lugar muy trasmano (pero con muy linda vista). LO MALO Habitacion muy venida abajo, falta de mantenimiento total. Limpieza del baño pobre. COLCHON INTRERABLE, el más incómodo que me ha tocado en un hotel. Insonorización de la habitación pésima, se escuchan ruidos toda la noche.

Pasamos muy bien! Volveríamos.

I didn't uae the spa, but everything wasn't really good

Wonderful clean nice apartment in a perfect location the only negative was it was a bit loud as you could hear cars and such at night. But the view and the location was spectacular!!
