We loved our stay here. The pool area was beautiful and had a hot tub as well. There was a game room and shelf with books for kids. Very family friendly. The place was very clean and had a coffee bar area set up in the morning. There was a gift shop and restaurant. Overall we loved it here. One thing to note was a very loud rooster very early in the morning. If they could get rid of the rooster it would be perfect haha.

We had an EXCELLENT stay. The property is very conveniently located to everything in Old San Juan. It was a very quiet street. The staff was so friendly & helpful. The restaurant upstairs was great. We also loved the rooftop view. Would highly recommend & would absolutely stay here again!!

They don’t clean rooms every day no hot water rooms are dirty for two or three days without cleaning them and the roof service is terrible

We had a great stay and really like the location. We got a prompt response when our stovetop wasn’t working. The staff graciously moved us to another apartment so they could fix the problem. We would stay again.

Fransisco runs an smooth operation he is very welcoming and his leadership is felt through out the place he is always there and very well respected by his team members we enjoyed counter acting with him and being an X hospitality GM I appreciated him very much so also his right hand Elliott excellent with people with high energy and wearing multiple hats very professional kind and responsive The housekeeping staff including the supervisor were all on target and kept the place spotless The lobby bar attendant a young lady always had a big smile on and attentive with any questions and lots of knowledge about the area overall this place is well managed and well located We had a great time will be back.
