Richmond Vacation Packages

The pool was closed due to renovations that they did not make us aware of the pool being closed. The rooms were ok the best part of the rooms were the beds. We could not watch TV because there was no WiFi the entire time we were there. The balconies were cracking in spots and the chairs were plastic dollar store chairs. The balcony door had no handle on the outside to pull it back open after you went out and it appears to stick all the time. We did have to keep asking for housekeeping and one day did not receive it all I had to go to the front desk to get toilet paper and towels and there were no phones in the room either so if you didn’t have service you wasn’t getting in touch with the front desk. The lady at the front desk extremely nice and helpful. They did appear to be doing some remolding overall. All of the amenities aside from the restaurant and tiki bar were nonexistent. The views were great and beautiful but you had to go down a hill or incline to get to the beach. Overall I do not think I will ever go back to the resort

The staff were very, very pleasant. The casino was a great place to kill time not a lot to do in the area quite far out from town. The food was OK would’ve liked to see more American food like a fish or a steak but overall it was a great experience,

I had to make a last minute reservation the price was one the best. Arriving sweaty distraught and heart broken. Jamie the “everything person” there ie check in/ bartender/ local artist promoter. Was so kind and engaged. The rest of the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is AMAZING so much history and decor still from all the years of it’s opening which was back in the 1700’s Beautiful views calm friendly people. Will always recommend this place and understand why it’s remained open this long! Thanks to all the people that work there you represent the truly amazing part of the island.

Great service

We had an amazing stay at Grapetree Bay. The rooms are as pictured clean, renovated and large. AC was nice and cold. The staff was very friendly and professional. Enjoyed all our delicious meals on the balcony with a beautiful view of the ocean. I would recommend this property to everyone and cannot wait to return.

I was not able to update my rating on the website, but I rate my stay 5 stars. The room overlooking the water was clean and comfortable. The restaurant on the property was perfect. I ate there every day. I will definitely come back.
