We stopped last minute at this hotel on our way from New York to South Carolina. We got there almost 1am. The man at the front desk was hilarious and so nice I wish I remembered his name. The rooms were clean and soooo spacious! The breakfast area was super cute and they even have games to play ! My entire family from 2 years to 78 years old enjoyed their stay

It was interesting

Our first room was occupied by a couple and my kid walked in on them. The second room had no hot water or water pressure, a faux thermostat accompanied by an hvac unit run by a Harley, and a freezer instead of a refrigerator. Third room only accompanied by a choice of shower options: freezing water solid water pressure, Luke warm water with massage feature or warm water lacking water pressure-the choice is yours. Service was great other than being told “I can call the maintenance man but he won’t come” and later “the maintenance man is on his way but he said the water pressure is due to multiple people showering at the same time.” I’m left questioning why at the exact moment every time I turned on the shower and transitioned it to the hottest it would go suddenly everyone hopped in the shower at the same time. Must be a glitch in the universe or something. Anywho-it was clean, smelled like fresh bleach so throughly sanitized, towels were clean, looks like the pictures, pool table rocked according to my teenager, breakfast was decent (standard hotel kind of thing), coffee tasty, front desk was responsive and did their job well in my opinion despite being throughly confused as to how our first room was occupied.

Excellent service from the breakfast employee named Sofia. And on Sunday the other employees. The lobby to another level of entertainment for the whole family. What wasn't good was: 1.An elevator out of service. 2. Dark curtain in room 422 was broken so the sun came in and woke me up. 3.The gym door did not open to be able to leave. 4.They do not have recycling containers in the common areas. 5.The microwave in the lobby was dirty. 6.On the last day, those from 522 woke me up. 7.I didn't find the Bible in the room. Lower mine.

Hotel facility and staff was nice. Breakfast was ok Down side was the shower water pressure was TERRIBLE and temperature was not hot enough. The water pressure and temp at the sink was 10 times better than the shower. Walls are thin so we our neighbors tv late at night and the highest noise was bothersome while trying to sleep.
