The bed was hard as a rock. The overall cleanliness was lacking. Something spattered all over the artwork in the room, bathrooms had handprints in the mirrors and shower doors. The room smelled moldy or musty. We won’t try this again

This was my second time staying at this hotel. Our first experience was great. The front desk clerk was wonderful, the room was really clean, hotel was quiet and breakfast the following morning was really good. This time, the front desk attendant was rude.They swipe card she gave us for the room didn’t work. Had to go back down. Second card didn’t work and had to go back down again. Finally, was given a different room and a third key card before we had success!. We were made to feel like the entire experience was a bother to her.

Nice Stay for a Short Trip

Front desk personnel were helpful and lobby was open and clean. Rooms were spacious, plenty of towels and other amenities. Mattresses are very firm. Carpet in hallways needs replacing - very worn in spots. Breakfast was adequate, coffee was plentiful and hot! Overall would stay here again.
