FROMT DEXK STAFF VERY FRIENDLY AND ACCOMIDATING. I HAVE HIP ISSUES. HAD SCHEDULED A MOBILITY ROOM, IT WAS TO FAR FOR ME TO WALK. THE CHANGED MY ROOM WITHOUT A ISSUE. I stayed at this hotel because it was close to a local hospital where my partner had undergone surgery. When checking in, the front desk person asked what brought me to the area and I told him. The next day, as I was leaving and walking out of the lobby to return to the hospital, the same front desk employee saw me and stated that he hoped my loved one would recover quickly. I was so touched and impressed that he remembered me and personal details about me, even though it is a large hotel full of convention attendees. The hotel is very clean and the rooms are lovely, so that would be reason enough to return, but his interaction with me confirmed that I would stay there again (another surgery ahead). Highly recommend!

I love this hotel and it is one of my top choices when visiting family in Richmond. The rooms are always clean, the area is great and has plenty of options for food choices and it’s very close to the highway for departure.
