The property is undergoing renovation as they had items outside several rooms. The cleanliness around the property was dirty. The room, however, was decent except for the condition of the floor and walls. The walkway to the room on the second floor seemed sketchy.

This was one of the worst hotel stays I’ve ever experienced. The pool was abandoned and unusable - definitely not the relaxing swim that was advertised. There was no breakfast provided even though it was promised when booking. The room smelled terrible, the mattresses were stinky, and the floors were dirty. Overall, the place felt neglected and poorly maintained.
The staff were completely unhelpful and didn’t seem to care about resolving any of these issues. I would not recommend staying here to anyone — spend your money elsewhere.

This hotel is a complete disappointment. They advertise free breakfast, but there is absolutely nothing provided. The rooms are filthy, and the so-called “WiFi” is basically non-existent—weak when it even connects at all.
The customer service is terrible. Staff are rude and unhelpful, and when you ask for something as simple as clean towels, they actually question why you need them instead of just providing them. The towels they do give you are dirty anyway.
Save yourself the frustration—there are plenty of better options in the area. This Days Inn should be ashamed to operate under the Wyndham name.

My room was not clean at all. There was smudges on the sheets and comforters. When I told the office, I was told there were no other rooms nor bed linens were available. Horrible stay!
The room was not what we booked. They charged us an extra fee for early check-in. The room was dirty, smelled moldy and floors were extremely dirty. The door frame was busted and couldn’t be secured. No staff were available to clean and we were offered a swifter and told to clean it ourselves. In addition they offered to change us to a room with twin beds which was even more moldy smelling and adjacent rooms have been gutted from flood damage. We left the property and booked another room from Hotel.com which met our expectation with a clean safe and secure room. We have documented pictures of the conditions above and intend to seek recourse with Expedia. This is our first bad experience through Expedia bookings.
Food options on-site we're not that great. Internet access was available, but connection was slow and would occasionally drop. The beds we're sleep-able, but not what I would call comfortable. Stay away from the pool until some serious DEEP CLEANING is done. The hotel is under renovation, so this may help with some of the issues. However, I would suggest bringing your own towels and such, if you require more than one set...because that is all that you're going to get.
Check in was quick and easy got to the 2 rooms we rented 1 room had a leaning bed but at first sight appeared ok. (This room wouldn’t be used till kids were picked up from Kings dominion) the other literally smelled like mold smoke and death and had what appeared to be blood splatter on wall. They quickly got me another room which which every light but the bathroom didn’t work smoke alarm off the wall not in working condition and one bed literally half on the ground broke.. the gentleman from the front had walked down to check and change us rooms again this room seemed ok but when you I say on one bed it caved in I went to say something and he said no more walked away. So I removed the mattress box spring fixed the bent up frame and put it together correct.. the room had a slight smell but I was able to deal and was dirty door walls around toilet and light switches . When my daughter returned with her friend her friend struggled to breath it started making her asthma act up. So we cracked a door to air it out they walked the property during their walk up by the non working pool they had a gentleman start following trying to talk to them and only took off when I got involved. At this point from the earlier experience of being told no and getting ignored I gave up contacted Expedia who tried calling and was told call back and hung up on.. we left rented another room at the quality.. 60 dollars more then days inn for both rooms but well worth it clean nice and nothing gross.
These people are awful, they don’t care about their guests they are all about money.

Roaches everywhere. The first room I was given the door would not open it was so damaged and thin I thought I was going to go right thru it when trying to open it. The next room we were given had a wounderful view of the swamp that is growing in the pool. I would have left but it was already late at night and needed somewhere to stay and they would not give me my money back.
You get what you pay for but Sam at the front desk was great. I was originally put in one room and when we got there there were multiple mattresses stacked on one of the beds. Went to the front and got another room. Stayed one night and was asked to move to another room because they were doing renovations. We moved without issue but it was definitely an inconvenience. The pool was not cleaned and out of order. Grass was long and it was kind of ghetto. Couples fighting upstairs and obvious drug deals happening. Not a lot of food places open past 8:40pm. However, it is priced to suit the property so I’ll say it gave what it was worth. Again, Sam was super nice and made me coffee in before we left because breakfast was not available. Also, cell service is horrible here.
Check-in and out was quick and painless. However, the rest of our experience was poor. The exterior of the building was poorly maintained with spots of mold/moss growing on the walkways. The room was abnormally moist and sticky, which was perpetuated by the lack of a fan in the bathroom. The lights barely worked, outlets would not hold plugs and the blowdryer did not work. The internet was limited to nonexistent unless you were in the lobby. The "continental breakfast" consisted of cereal and bread for toast, coffee and juices. Our son was excited for the pool, but we did not go for a swim due to the risk of getting ecoli from the completely green water. Would not recommend and will not be staying again.
