The room was absolutely fabulous EXCEPT there were no black out curtains. This is the first time ever have I stayed in a hotel that didn't have this. Light wakes me up and considering the time of year, I was woken up by the sun at 5:30am. I was so tired. Might consider coming back but this is kind of a dealbreaker for me. They should give free night mask.

Really, there's a kitchen with no dishes, paper towels, coffee pot. No hair dryer. Paper thin walls. Barking dog next door. Would not stay here again.

The refrigerator had a half full water bottle left from previous guest, shower head water pressure was slow, no other mirrors beside the one in bathroom and we had a noisy neighbor yelling and banging on wall. We notified front desk and they said they'll give them a call to check on them. They were still loud til 4am

Great!

This hotel was very reasonably priced and in a great location - centrally located and lots of accessible stores. The bathroom could have used a bit more cleaning, the counter top and toilet had hair all over it. I bring some cleaning supplies to every hotel so it wasn’t a big deal to just wipe things down before use. There are no dishes or utensils in the kitchenette, but they are available for purchase. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and enjoyed the remote check in option.

It was very nice, the only reason i said good instead of excellent is I felt the beds were too high. As a shorter person, not only was the bed high, but if u sit on the edge or try to throw a leg over to get in, the whole bed slides because is on tile. This was even more difficult as a person with a mobility disability. I was in town for a surgery & if I hadnt ended up staying in the hospital overnight, I medically would have had no way to "scoot'" myself into the high bed. Also myself & friend both thought the side of the tub was higher than the average. U may have ADA rooms that I was not aware of, but if not, I know I am not the only one who would appreciate/need a shorter bed & small walk-in shower. That aside, I would recommend Liv-Away Suites in Richland WA. Thank u.

Very disappointed

They put us in room 121, wheelchair accessible for had to get person. We did not request that. When I arrived, they tried to give me a double bed and said that’s what I chose. It was not. The service lady called and I heard her say give them the other room. I am not happy with this. It’s not what I paid for. It was very hard to get in and out of her bed that was a foot off the ground. The bathroom was unsafe because water went everywhere for a wheelchair.
