The rooms were really outdated , could only watch tv in the bedroom ... the living room tv was too dark . The breakfast was terrible . I stay at a lot of hotels for my job! I wouldn't stay here again

The room itself was clean and appeared to be newly renovated, but the property and the surrounding area are in severe disrepair. I’m down for a motor lodge/ roadside motel, but Snelling looks like it peaked about 50 years ago. The gentleman checking us in was very friendly.

Fun old hotel in a great location in downtown Minneapolis.

We stayed here to attend a concert at the new amphitheater. Pros: room had a comfortable bed and was very clean, bus to and from amphitheater was easy and convenient. Cons: check in was a hassle - no option to check in online to use express service so had to wait in long line, no breakfast/coffee options before 7 am. Would stay here again if going to the amphitheater

This hotel is DISGUSTING, do not book!! We check in, get to our room, and immediately I can smell the stink of musty air in the room. I take my shoes off and roll the suitcase into the bedroom and I step in a wet puddle in the carpet. Upon further inspection, theres water damage on the furniture, its molding over, and there’s even mold growing in the wet carpet. We put our shoes back on and roll our suitcase out of the room. They were completely unhelpful with a refund. We went and stayed at another hotel that had an opening. AVOID THIS PLACE!
