The room was clean and everything was in good shape. There didn’t seem to be much available besides our room and an outdoor seating area—no lounge or cafe; restaurant shuts after lunch. Breakfast is available but isn’t served till 9:00 am on Sundays. While the hotel is in an industrial area of the town, it’s within easy (driving) distance of old town Gelida, which has some historic sites and restaurants and was fun to walk around. (We coincided with the 4-day August festival which was very lively—fire breathing dragon, music, performances.)

We stayed 8 days. Less than 15 minutes from Sagrada Família. Several Chinese restaurants within a block. Staff good- Max stood out. Breakfast is a bit pricey, but good. Mini fridge was good. First couple days, the floor we stayed on smelled like pot. Hotel offered EU-US plug when we asked. Bed was comfortable, pillows small and thin. Check in and out- no issues. Public transportation near. Best Air conditioner ever! Floor in room and bathroom tiled, staff cleaned the floor perfect for bare feet. Room was very quiet. Didn’t hear our neighbors, or talking in the hallway. We could hear motorists and dogs barking sometimes, and was only woken up once in a week. Shower pressure fantastic.

Overall experience good, not bad.

Absolutely incredible place. Has everything you’d expect from a hotel. Including daily room service. Only used it every couple of days but they checked daily just to make sure you have fresh towels. Pool was phenomenal and thermals right on the main floor. Will be back 100% also, ACs in every room 👏

I was genuinely excited to stay here, which made the experience even more disappointing. Unfortunately, we never felt particularly comfortable during our stay, and for the amount we paid, I expected a much higher standard. The room was spacious and looked modern and aesthetically pleasing at first, but the design was surprisingly impractical. Part of the bathroom door almost fell off, which felt genuinely dangerous, and I was disappointed with how the issue was handled. The bathroom layout in general made very little sense. The positioning of the toilet and sinks was awkward, the taps were blocked and overflowing, and the shower leaked so badly that water ended up soaking the curtains. There was also nowhere convenient to hang towels. We were only given two towels for a three-day stay, and because there was nowhere near the shower to put them, my husband would either have to hand me my towel or I would have to walk across the room wet to get it. It sounds like a small detail, but it summed up the overall problem with the room: it had clearly been designed with appearance in mind rather than how guests would actually use the space. The room was also constantly cold no matter how much we adjusted the temperature or fan. The bedding was another disappointment. The sheets were extremely thin, the pillows felt worn out, and the bed itself was not comfortable. After a full day of work, we just wanted to come back to a warm, cosy and comfortable room :(
