We checked in, went to our room and it was 62 degrees in the room and the air conditioning was on in Wisconsin in late October. We had to leave to give the room time to warm up. Turn the heat up when you know guests will be arriving.

The front desk attendant was friendly and helpful. The room set up was weird. The bathroom's sink was outside the bathroom which made for no privacy! The breakfast wasn't good. I couldn't cut my pancake even with a knife. Wouldn't stay at the Best Western Plus in Minocqua again. ;-(

From check in the staff was helpful and friendly. The room had more than enough space and the view of the lake was great. The area around the hotel was walkable and fun!

The check in staff sped-read the orientation. The room was the tiniest hotel room ever! Barely enough room for the DB bed & small table! Lots of carpet stains. The breakfast was sub-par. 1/2 the whirlpool jets didn't work. Lots of neighborhood noise & construction all around the hotel!

The location was perfect. Even though there was road construction going on in front of the hotel, it was still quiet and the lake and park was so peaceful. The staff was very helpful, offering suggestions for dining in the area and attending to our every need. Best of the best! Can't wait to return to Minocqua, and I will be staying here again!
