There's only about 6 parking spaces for a large hotel. Be prepared to walk a distance and pay for parking. The room was extremely small and cramped. It was clean

We stayed at 9 different hotel during our ring road trip. This one definitely the nicest. We got the corner room with balcony and good view of the city. Room was spacious and bed is very comfortable. Room temp was very comfortable even without AC. We couldn’t get parking as it was full, but there’s paid parking area just around the corner. Staff were friendly and helpful. It’s about 10 mins away from downtown area. Bathroom also quite spacious.

Loving the Iceland Experience

Stopped over in Reykjavik for two nights at the end of a two-week trip through Scandanavia. Because we were only going to be there for two nights, we wanted to experience as much as we could of Iceland, so we booked a Golden Circle Tour, and as it turned out the pick-up point for the tour was right out in front of the Storm Hotel. It couldn't have worked out more perfectly. The hotel itself was very clean and new, and all of the people at the front desk were extremely friendly and helpful in recommending restaurants and helping us book our transportation back to the airport. Although this hotel was not in the middle of the central part of the city, it was only about a 10–15-minute walk to any place we wanted to visit.
