I absolutely loved my stay here. The checking process was so seamless, the room was clean with great amenities. My only suggestion is that they should put paper towels in the rooms or kitchen napkins to wipe down the countertops or wipe hands.

I was on the 1st floor and the maintenance people were making noise very early!!! My microwave didn’t work!!! When it was time to check out the staff just barged in my room while I was getting dressed! To kick me out at 11:00 a.m. on the dot. Very rude people

Although it’s a franchise hotel, it felt special and classy. The bakery and coffee shop downstairs is great in the morning, and they offer a discount to guests (be sure to tell them, they don’t ask and don’t advertise it). Somethings are not explicitly clear, like the basement (floor zero in the elevator) is where the luggage store room is. If you need towels, you need to replace them yourself and they are kept someplace else on the hotel (we got ours by asking the cleaning service). Great kitchen, comfy bed, ideal location with parking. Shower is awesome as well and love the heated towel rack.

Room was very smal compared to pictures, there was a foul smell in the bathroom and the water doesn’t drain. The headboard is peeling and the sheets are itchy.

Non-descript lodging in a quiet neighborhood and close to a full-sized grocery store. Easy walk to city center. This place was perfect for a quiet stay after a long flight from US.

Very nice. No trouble with the self check in. Be sure if you take a taxi to give the driver the EXACT address otherwise you may get dropped off at Oddsson Midtown which is not nearby. Note to hosts: recommend doormats inside the rooms for wet snowboots.

Useful apartment

This is a great little apartment. Everything we needed to cook was there. Bed was comfortable and instructions were clear. We did have a problem getting trapped in the bathroom because the sliding door didn't have a sopper on the end, but when we reported it to maintenance, they responded quickly.
