It was a great stay. There is a deli walking distance from there which was great. The property didn’t have an elevator but it wasn’t too bad for me because I didn’t have large bags. It was good.

It’s got a bed that was fine - the shower pressure was awesome. Good for a one night if you need to be close to the airport. No ambiance. Felt like a dormitory.

The staff was exceptional and very helpful. The room was clean and comfortable and the location was close to the airport. It seemed to be a very safe location and was pretty quiet for being close to an airport. It had free parking, which was helpful too.

The outside may not look like that great but it was honestly the best and biggest room we stayed at in Iceland. Staff was super helpful and had transportation to the airport.

Old army base hotel.

First impressions is there is no formal lobby area so it is very confusing as to where to check in. Check in time is 3pm the staff let us check in at 1pm which was lovely. We were able to stash our things in an unsecured location behind the front desk. Bed and room and bathroom were clean. No options for tv other than YouTube. Bring your own password for Netflix if you want to watch anything. One last thing: no elevators and there are three floors so you need to carry your own bags up three flights of stairs.

This was an old building so we saw some dusts in the room. It looked like the room wasn't vacuum thoroughly. The bathroom was big and clean. My bathroom door handle came out when I was about the close the door. I think the screw got loose. They should check so the guests would not be locked in.

Nice stay close airport

Great stay for one night if you want to be close to airport. Great staff, clean room and bathroom. Remember it was a military barracks so small rooms. If you were former enlisted you will understand. Also walking distance to get food. Will stay again since close to airport and shuttle service.
