Hotel Godafoss
The view from our room was AMAZING! We stayed in the suite above the restaurant. The staff was very friendly and very helpful. Our room was welcoming and I loved the heated bathroom floor.

Hótel Laxá
Overall is good, but the night/reading lights mounted just at the wall above the head of the bed, where is danger to hurt your head when I try to get up from the bed. Those lights with metal-made fixture at sharp edges or square shape should not put there.

This was one of our favorite hotels we stayed at in Iceland. It is fully staffed with very helpful & knowledgeable. There is tons of parking as well. Across the street is a walkable path. Only stayed one night but one of the highlights of our holiday. The area around the hotel was beautiful, the room was clean and it was very quiet. Staff were friendly and the breakfast included for such a cheap rate was a great bonus!!! Really impressed with the value for money here
