Hotel is old and under renovation. We were in a renovated room. Room was tight and harder to move around in ( bed close to walk) and new bathroom toilet area door was loud and squeaky. Restaurant food was poor. We ate breakfast there our first day and bacon was grossly undercooked, sausage was soggy and eggs were cold. For what they charge it should be a lot better. We never went to the restaurant again.

The cleanliness of the property was horrible. I hosted a group of 9 rooms with one room having bedbugs, another room had a syringe in it with mouse droppings and my room had long hair everywhere. I will never stay there again. I must say the staff were responsive with the bedbugs.

The pull out couch was very dirty, no extra blankets were provided in the room and when we arrived back around midnight after the wedding we attended, our air conditioner had leaked all over the floors and we had to clean it up.

The shuttle service was terrible. I often couldn't get in touch with anyone at the front desk and when I did the next available shuttle was usually an hour later. To have a functioning shuttle it needs to be a larger vehicle and run more often. One day a staff member even told me I could walk, and then I found myself crossing a highway overpass and 2 cattle guards where I easily could have gotten hurt. The room was ok but definitely overpriced for what it was. Would NEVER stay here again.

The location is convenient. The restaurant is good but expensive. The room was disappointing given the price. The part of the hotel we were in, while clean, seemed tired and in need of some maintenance. Our room was oddly shaped with no windows in the bedroom. The extra space was an office (?) which had a stand lamp as the only one source of light. The television was mounted such that it stuck out into the passageway between the bedroom and the office area resulting in a shoulder/head banging hazard. Light switches were oddly located. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was large but needed to updated. The shower was large but the shower faucet controls seemed awkward. The hot and cold sink taps were wrong way around. The toilet seat wasn't tightened down properly when we arrived (did it ourselves). Underground parking was good but extremely hot. Our room, the hallway and elevators we're also too warm given the outside temperature. Overall impression is overpriced for quality of room.
