It was fine. The only thing i would suggest is to have lower beds too. Seniors often have problems getting into the higher beds. I have a small step stool so i can get into my bed at home. Much easier . Thx.

I have a disabled husband and it took us 45 minutes to get to the room because it was so far away, then I found out the person that checked us in didn't give me a key to the room. They told me I could get in with my smart phone. I was very disappointed.

Check-in staff was ok, not super friendly. Room was great and I slept really well. The water pressure in the shower was good and I felt like there was plenty of space in the room. I used the iron and did not like how the holder was attached at the end of the ironing board but it did the job.

The hotel staff are really top tier. Looking at you, Drew! We had a great time and we will absolutely be back to stay at the Peppermill next time we come to Reno. The amenities are great. The staff is phenomenal. The hotel is really clean and convenient and has everything you could need. The airport shuttle was a great surprise to find as well. 10/10 no notes and I can’t recommend enough.

All of the staff was friendly and helpful, especially Chastity- Service Excellence Agent. We had a few things in our room that needed attention and she took care of them right away. We appreciated all of the towels provided as well.
