This was a great trip. We had 2 amazing dinners on site. Rooms were a good size, clean, and very comfortable. The menu of pillows was fun. They really thought about your comfort. Wish we could have stayed longer to take advantage of all the place had to offer.

I stayed in room 849 from April 25 to 27, and I encountered several issues during my stay that need to be addressed. The Wi-Fi in my room was completely non-functional. Whether this was due to a weak signal or other technical problems, I’m unsure, but I reported the issue promptly to the front desk. Despite bringing it to their attention, no action was taken to resolve the problem, leaving me without reliable internet access throughout my stay. Adding to the inconvenience, when I requested a late check-out to account for the disruption caused by the Wi-Fi issue, the hotel instead charged me a $50 fee and refused to offer any compensation for the inconvenience I had endured. This lack of responsiveness and refusal to accommodate leaves a very negative impression. I strongly urge the hotel to address these issues promptly and provide appropriate compensation for the subpar experience during my stay.

I found the property very nice, easy access, very clean, lobby staff very courteous. Our room was beautiful and spacious. The City of Reno resort fees are exorbitant. Staff are food kiosk not friendly. I would not eat at Red Bloom again, inferior cuts of meat and food temperature disappointing. The Oyster and Sushi restaurant was good. We've stayed at this resort twice now, will consider other properties next time we visit Reno.

No wifi no tv

Wifi did not work in my room on the 16th floor. It was not strong enough a signal to even connect. My TV could only be turned on with remote and was stuck on the hotel amenities channel. When I called the front desk, they were not helpful and just apologized for the inconvenience. I also should have known better to get a hotel/casino. I was not aware they still allowed smoking in 2025. My room was very nice and clean and smoke free, that was all that was positive. I wish I could have enjoyed the hotel but I just left to go see a movie instead.
