This was my first stay at Atlantis and I will be back. The hotels is gorgeous, the food is fantastic and parking was easy and unlike Las Vegas it’s free! Absolutely loved the newly renovated rooms. Such a great property and great people who seemed genuinely happy that you were there.

I was thoroughly impressed and how incredibly friendly and polite EVERYONE was! From the staff at the front desk, to the attendants on the gaming floor, to the restraint where I got food to take up to my room. I’d been traveling all day, checked in at nearly 11:00 pm, so I was tired and just wanted to get something to eat and take back up to my room, but the vibe in the place was so welcoming that ended up hanging out on the game floor for nearly 2 hours! I highly recommend the Atlantis, and will definitely take my wife back for a getaway weekend!

Excellent stay

This is the 4th time we stayed at the Atlantis. It is very clean, with friendly staff, a comfortable bed, and a nicely renovated room. Great food as well. We'll be back in the future.

The casino/hotel itself is quite nice, with pleasant lighting/decorations/furniture, etc. The first floor layout and elevator placement made navigating to our room easy. The room itself was clean and attractive just like the lobby/casino. It was a fine place to stay from that standpoint. As an added bonus for people who want to be off the main drag, Atlantis is located to the south while still in easy reach of the downtown area. More impressive were the staff. Anthony at the check-in counter asked if my wife preferred the mountain or city view after hearing it was her birthday (and that my wife enjoys the upper floors for the view). He set us up with a lovely view of the city, something we all really enjoyed. Anthony was very friendly and professional throughout the check-in process. Before heading to the buffet, I spoke with Jules at the customer service counter to register my Monarch card. Like Anthony, Jules was very friendly and efficient. At the buffet, our server Nathan was on top of everything. We never went dry on drinks, and our plates were cleared right away despite the volume of customers in our area. He was courteous as he tended to our table. Atlantis gave us nothing about which to complain. We look forward to visiting in the future.
