Amazing hotel. Spotless except the lifts. They are too slow

The parking was good and they were able to check us in early which was very helpful

It's not exactly as described. I booked twice and requested a room change, as the description included a small refrigerator, which wasn't actually there. However, the location is excellent.

close to the city centre, walkable, very clean, room was nice, good AC, and pet friendly. we loved it.

Room adequate for what we wanted, some redecorating work going on in reception made it difficult for the staff but they were excellent, location just round the corner from the station was ideal Good value for money considering the lack of availability in the city when we travelled
