The breakfast was wonderful with so many options! Every floor had a different decor and a sitting area between rooms.

My room had a very bad, musty smell. I told the lady receptionist I’d like a different room. She told me they were booked and I would have to request for it again the next day. So the next day came. My toilet did not flush. Again, I requested for another room. I told another receptionist about my ordeal. She said she would have maintenance look at the room and fixed what needed to be fix before they would even consider my request for a different room. Mind you, I did not even bring up the fact I booked a superior room and got a standard room. So I had to wait for my toilet to be fixed and again they refused to change my room. Then the 3rd day my air conditioner wasn’t working. I tried sleeping but it was so hot so I told the 2 male receptionists regarding the air conditioner and my multiple requests for a room change. They checked and confirmed that only warm air came out. I was told there was no maintenance worker at night and to wait for the morning. He also told me that he would reserve another room for me the next day and to pack up all my stuff before going on my day tour. I packed up everything and left it in my daughter’s room and went on day tour. I came back at 6pm and approached the same female receptionist regarding if my ac was fixed and or if they had a new room for me. She told me she wasn’t aware my ac wasn’t working with a smirk on her face! Wow! These receptionists have the worst customer service skills ever! I immediately booked elsewhere! Worst hotel ever!

The restaurant staff were amazing specially Natalia. The only issue I had is that the last morning I didn’t have hot water and the roof was leaking a little drop. The rest was perfect.
