The staff was friendly. The room was clean and had a micro-range and refrigerator. However, I was unable to adjust the room temperature. So I just turned the unit off.

The tub drain was clogged. No elevator. Carrying luggages up the stairs might be hard for older guests. Otherwise it was a good hotel for its price.

Rooms are a bit dated but clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good but you need to get there early on a weekend as they run out of things and did not restock. We will be back next time we are in Red Deer.
