Overall our stay was good, we enjoyed the pool, although it takes time for the elevator to go down in the basement we have to used the stairs. Breakfast was excellent!

Everything about this hotel is average. Food is okay, pool is okay, rooms are okay. If you want to let your noisy, unsupervised children take over all public spaces of a hotel, then this is the place for you. The staff is great, but the hotel is understaffed. The music in the lounge makes me want to kill myself, and there is no need for NASCAR to be on five different TVs when the feed quality is awful. Would be a nice place if a bit more effort was expended.

Mediocre hotel, elevator broken so took awhile. No towels were available at the pool and its a very shallow one to begin with. Area around is alright, nothing fancy. Could have more selection at breakfast. Beds were really soft, too plushy. Had a backache when i woke up.

The hotel itself is beautiful and very clean. Checkout was fast and friendly. However! When we ordered room service from the restaurant on site, we were told it would be delivered when ready. Fast forward 45 minutes, we had to call to inquire and it still wasn't ready. Five minutes later, the front desk (not the restaurant) called to say that our food was ready. We told them it was supposed to be room service (as we had just gotten back from the 3ft pool - fyi). When the chicken wings and spinach dip were delivered 10 minutes later, it was cold, the wings were completey dried out and tge spinach dip barely covered the bottom of the bowl. It was the worst $40 I've spent on food. The (free) breakfast had scrambled eggs that were grey. Save yourself the disgust, and go eat somewhere else. When I mentioned the trouble to the front desk, all I got was a "sorry". 10/10 would never recommend to eat here.

Old hotel, new paint

The room smelt of smoke the moment you open the door. The toilet was old and small and low. The mattress was wornout the edges collapsing on it. The breakfast was fine and the staff were friendly. Tried to use the pool but is was packed.

It was super easy to check in and out. The front desk clerk, Ryan, was really nice and very funny! The hotel itself is immaculate and very well kept. Prices were also very reasonable. I will definitely be returning.

Our experience is very different from the previous experience we’ve had last Feb. starting off with the receptionist Mikah. She took a long time with us even though we are the only guest at that time. When other guests arrived after us, the other receptionist Nicole was able to assist & finish off with 4 guests, while we still wait for Mikah to conplete ours. We asked for the difference in fees and free beverage offered and was asked to check with the travel agency. Second, our room was noisy and the bedding is dirty.
