We stayed for 3 nights. The room was generally clean, but the washroom left much to be desired. The AC was very noisy, which made it hard to relax. Breakfast was the same every day with no variety. On the positive side, the staff were super friendly and helpful, which made our stay more pleasant.

Breakfast is good, served in the restaurant. Decaf coffee was an extra charge. It was the same both days - scrambled eggs, sausages, hashbrowns and toast. The room was clean - odd closed in balcony with windows but we were able to get some fresh air by opening the "patio doors" to the closed in balcony.

I am so very disappointed that even though my daughter was hospitalized, your hotel charged us for our night, even though I contacted you explaining the situation. My daughter is a college student with barely any money, and she was super excited to spend the weekend there so when she ended up in the hospital with very serious illness, we had only hoped that you guys would consider not charging us for the night so that maybe she could go in again another time. If there is any way that you would consider giving her a free night for the future, it would mean the world.
