I had stayed at this property several times when it was under different management and loved it. We arrived to check in at 3PM and was rudely advised they were busy and that we would likely not even be able to check in at 4PM. When we arrived back we did check in and attended the room the outside of the property was busy and dirty. The trim in the hallways were being painted and messy with paint items around the windows and screens dirty. The room was dirty and the bathroom was dirty and stunk of sewer smell. We were only provided 1 facecloth and two towels. I did not shower as the shower was so gross and we debated not staying the night. There were children running around and large amounts of noice all night. Terrible it had been such a nice hotel we will not be back.

The staff was very friendly. However the hotel want the cleanest and all night there was just drunk people yelling and fighting in the hallways kinda gave really sketch vibes. I am juts say for that price you think it would be a bit better

Red Deer Resort and Casino was a very convenient location to the other locations we visited in Red Deer. I had a couple reservation issues and the staff went above and beyond to help accommodate us and rectify my issues! They also retrieved my forgotten items and held them for me for pickup! Customer service was remarkable! Highly recommend!

The king bed was so comfy! Our walkout patio area was messy, the area looked as if it wasn’t cared for, organized nor clean. Looks nothing like the advertised pictures! There were a few groups for organized sports staying, the kids had run of the pool, hot tub, gym and hallways! Being loud and running around. Nobody supervising them!

Location of the hotel was great with easy access to many amenities in the area. The staff were all incredibly friendly. The hotel and rooms could use a bit of a refresh. The beds were comfortable and layout of room was great, however the carpet and bathroom could use a good cleaning. There wasn't enough hot water for a shower and the HVAC didn't work for three nights of our stay so the room was hot and stuffy.
