Disappointing…..lounge access was a joke. The appetizers were cheese and spring rolls, that’s it. Told us there would be a big hot breakfast…. nope, warm but not fresh or tasty, Less than the free breakfasts at other hotels. Hot tub not working and not even a freaking bathtub! just a shower, door won’t shut properly and tv took an hour to connect wifi

Good but no hot water.

We had a good time at this hotel. The only bad thing was that we had no hot water on the evening or morning on one of the days we were there. I did tell the front desk but she said, “that is to bad, I will let them know”. I am not sure what she meant.

Fun stay

Third time here and had a great stay. Close enough to get away for the weekend. Spent 2 nights on the club level, which is well worth it by the way, and was not disappointed. The rooms are starting to show there age however, could use a little tlc, but for the price, I cant really complain.

It was fine to sleep at and the casino was run well. Did not like the fact that the hot tub was not functional the entire stay or that the elevators were continually out of service or took at least 10 minutes. Very inconvenient.
