Always enjoy our stay here. Only thng was a bit dissapointing was the hot tub wasn't working, wasn't very hot and jets not running. Food was average, no cofffee machines in your rooms, have to request one. Otherwise staff were friendly and stay was pleasant.

This is a very nice place to stay in Sylvan Lake. It is close to everything, but still quiet. There is a nice breakfast provided, but no other dining options on site. The hot tub jets were not working in the pool area.

Did not like how the pool was not operating on our 3 day stay. It was a cold August 3 day stay, I have two kids plus we came with a big group totalling 10 kids who did not use the lake due to cold windy days. The same thing happened to us last year. Same group of people coming from Wednesday to Friday did not use the pool because it wasn’t operating. We will not be coming here again next year. We will go somewhere else.

The staff was really friendly and excellent. The breakfast was poor, no good cofffee. The rooms were really simple and dark. Light fixures in the room poor, bathroom really dark too. Amenities in the room poor. Bed was comfortable. Not sure is worth the price.
