Nice clean room. Comfortable semi firm beds. Vending machines in hallways with snacks and sodas. Nice little diner right out front. Possibly the quietest hotel I have ever stayed in. Its set off of the main road. You do have to ask at check in if you want an in room coffee maker. Bit strange but very nice stay otherwise.

Check in was next door in a diner, and we had to.wait.for.the waitress to wait on us. The room was clean enough, but crowded. If you want coffee in room, you ask in diner, and they hand you a big nag with the pot and 2 bags of coffee,2 cups,etc. This is a small town, spend a little more and go to Holiday inn Express or Hampton inn.

Not worth the reservation

To start I drive a truck and trailer about 40'. Parking was a problem due to the way others park and no marked spaces. Went to the office to check in which was in a Diner that at 11:15pm that had a funk smell going on. The desk clerk was gone and the cook told me that she went to make a drop. 40 minutes later she came back all the while I got to stand and wait in the entry of the diner. When she arrived she started helping another person that arrived after I did looking for a guest. After about 5 min. and not finding the guest she started helping me. I had made a reservation online and paid on line. She had trouble finding it even though my name was there on the screen. I was then told that she didn't have the room I reserved (single King) and that she would put me in a double Queen. another 15min went by and I asked if I could get the key. as the room I was to get had been given out she was having problems coding a key to the room she put me in. Finally about 12:05 I got to walk to the hotel not far but a different building get into the room to find no soap at the sink and when I went to get it out of the tub room noticed that they had left me 2 conditioners and no shampoo. Other than that the room seemed okay and after a full day of driving and work I passed out on the bed. By 6:30am house keeping was cleaning rooms and not being all that quite. Time to get up and finish a 4 hr drive to my destination.

The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. There is no lobby or Office for in-person check-in in the Motel building itself, you must check in at the little silver colored restaurant building next to the motel which is open and serves fresh cooked food 24/7.

When a customer books a room and pays for a room, they expect to be able to check-in without being told they don’t actually have a room. And then told to work with Expedia to get the money refunded. And then have to find another room last minute to be able to sleep. Baymont’s incompetence should not be a customer’s problem. Remove them from Expedia if they can’t honor an Expedia booking and payment.

Ok stay for 1 night but wouldn't stay again.

Booked us in a room with people already in it. New room had a dirty bathtub and blue fuzzes on the floor. Bed was clean though. Not many towels. No cribs available even though website said they were available. No body wash or lotion provided. Weird microwave. Hidden $50 fee I was not informed about but was charged to my card after as a different payment from my original payment.

I was surprised that the check in was at a Diner next to the hotel. Ther is no lobby. Went to the diner for diner. William was friendly, but they were out of a lot of items. Checked out in the morning and got my receipt for the room. Then noticed later that day there was another charge for 107.57 posted at my bank. When I called the Rawlins Baymont, they said the only charge they did was for the amount on our receipt. He (William) said he did not know why or who put the e tra charge on my card. I will have our bank dispute this charge. Very unsure about Baymont for future stays.

You had to make reservations on line, that was not a problem but, then had to show the confirmation # to the short handed staff who were running the diner in front of hotel. Then wait till they served their patrons. Felt bad for all involved. Otherwise staff and room were neat
