Misrepresented hotel. I booked the hotel because it seemed that the parking and breakfast was included. When we got to the hotel I was told that neither was included and Check-in person was not helpful. It was way too expensive for what it’s. Don’t stay here.

The Best Western Tigullio Royal hotel is absolutely gorgeous! I found this hotel last year, and it is truly a gem of a find in Rapallo. The front desk staff is absolutely amazing-their customer service is truly outstanding!

Il mio soggiorno a Rapallo è stato reso immensamente più confortevole e piacevole dal mio soggiorno al Best Western Plus Tigullio Royal Hotel. Il personale è stato super cordiale, cortese e molto efficiente. All'arrivo, mi è stato offerto un upgrade a una camera con vista mare completa (180 gradi). La prima sera, mentre ero fuori a cena, mi è stata fatta trovare una bottiglia di champagne in camera. La colazione era spettacolare, super varia con frutta fresca, noci, salumi e formaggi, un'ampia varietà di dolci e a un prezzo molto ragionevole. Li aggiungerò alla mia lista dei preferiti nella Riviera Ligure.
